1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Beacon of Compassion ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at www.beaconofcompassion.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, donors, volunteers, and others who access or use the Site. By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Site.
2. Our Services
Beacon of Compassion is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to providing humanitarian aid, community development, and support services to vulnerable populations. Our Site provides:

3. Donations & Payments
3.1 Making Donations
By making a donation through our Site, you:
- Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
- Agree that all donations are final and non-refundable
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the specified amount
- Understand that donations support our general mission unless specified for a particular campaign
3.2 Tax Deductibility
Beacon of Compassion is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through our Site are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
3.3 Recurring Donations
For recurring donations:
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or through your account settings
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
3.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.). We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Submit false or misleading information

- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEACON OF COMPASSION AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
